Powerlifting Program
Tuesdays, Thursdays & Fridays | October 1 – November 1 | 4:30 – 5:15PM | Ages 16+
Introduction to the sport of powerlifting and the foundational compound movements in resistance training. We will be working on basic moves like bench, squat and the deadlift with a certified personal trainer, Nick. This program will meet for 5 weeks and host an unofficial powerlifting meet on the 6th week.
