Have you been wanting to make a prime rib of beef part of your holiday traditions but are afraid of messing up an expensive piece of meat?  Plan to attend our Holiday Prime Rib workshop on December 5 in the Wellness Education Room to learn how to select, season, cook and serve a perfect beef prime rib roast.  Dr. Eric Berg from the NDSU Meat Science department will lead you through the process and have some delicious samples for you to try.  All attendees will not only leave with greater cooking confidence, but also their own meat thermometer and enough Carnivore Rub to season a ten pound prime rib. Ages 16+
