Now offering Reservation Childcare!

Need to get stuff done? Drop off your kids in the Family Wellness Childcare for some time without your little helpers! The purpose of Family Wellness’ Reservation Care is to provide your children with a safe and fun environment where they can engage in interactive and imaginary play while under close supervision of the Childcare staff! Open to members AND non-members!

Price: $20/family members | $40/family non-members
Days & Times Offered: Monday – Thursday: 8:00AM – 7:00PM | Fridays: 12:00 – 3:00PM
Duration: Max of 3 hours

Expectations:

  • May NOT be used on top of regular 2 hour workout drop-off time – must be a minimum of 2 hours in between.
  • One drop-off time is allowed per family, per day.
  • A backup emergency contact must be provided.
  • Reservation may not be approved if drop-in spots are full.
  • Reservations can be made up to a month in advance.
  • Reservations need to be made at least 2 hours in advance.

Late Pick-Up Policy:

  • If parent/guardian is more than 5 minutes over their 3-hour pick-up time, an additional $20 per child will be charged.

Cancellation Policies:

  • A refund will NOT be given if your child has to picked up due to sickness.
  • A refund will be given if your child has to picked up due to severe injury.

Sickness Policies:

  • We will contact you to pick-up your child immediately if your child displays any of the following symptoms:
    • Temp of 101 degrees or higher
    • Diarrhea
    • Vomiting
