Join us for a 4-week series that dives deep into understanding how your breathing habits impact your overall well-being. Each week, you’ll learn to create and integrate movement patterns that promote sensory motor awareness and address sensory motor amnesia. Through a blend of gentle somatic yoga, Pilates, Feldenkrais, visualizations, and meditation, you’ll practice movements that enhance alignment, balance, dynamic stability, and strength. This series is designed to build progressively, providing you with practical tools to move more efficiently and comfortably in your everyday life.
