Ignite Wellness: Sparking Change. Building Community.
Since our establishment in 2011, Family Wellness has been dedicated to raising funds for wellness programming, encouraging our community members to Cook Well, Live Well, and Move Well for life. Our journey over the past 12 years, we have expanded our ambitions, growing alongside our incredible community. What started as a mission to promote wellness has now blossomed into something even more impactful.
Our new annual campaign, Ignite Wellness, drives this mission through inclusive wellness programming for all ages, educational resources to boost health literacy, and community outreach initiatives that make wellness services accessible to everyone.
Today, Family Wellness operates as a nonprofit organization with three main frameworks:
- Wellness Programming: Offering diverse, inclusive activities for holistic well-being.
- Education & Advocacy: Providing resources, workshops, and campaigns for health literacy.
- Community Engagement & Outreach: Fostering partnerships and initiatives to make wellness services accessible, creating lasting connections.
