Fitness Center

Our fitness center offers a variety of equipment to meet your fitness goals. Fitness towels are available for your convenience. Sanitizing wipe stations are located throughout the facility, and we encourage each user to sanitize the equipment after each use. If you have questions about equipment, please ask one of our trainers or fitness staff. Not sure where to even start? Schedule a free orientation at the front desk, or call 701.234.2400!

Cardio Equipment

Our fitness center features over 100 pieces of cardio equipment from a variety of manufacturers, including Woodway, Life Fitness, Precor, Matrix, Octane, Cybex, Concept 2, and more! Many pieces include either a personal media monitor, or an integrated audio feature that allows you to hear from a variety of facility mounted TV’s, so bring your headphones! You’ll not only find treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes, but you’ll also find equipment that can accommodate users who may have specific accessibility needs, including pieces from NuStep, Biodex, Easy Stand, and Sci-Fit. All cardio equipment is available first come first served, and is accessible whenever the facility is open.

Strength Equipment

Want to get stronger? We can help! Our fitness center features a wide variety of equipment styles, including selectorized, cable, and plate loaded – not to mention an expansive free weight selection. You’ll find brands such as Freemotion, Paramount, Cybex, Magnum, and more. We feature 3 olympic lifting platforms with bumper plates as well as squat racks and smith machines. You’ll also find a variety of small equipment throughout the facility including resistance bands, kettlebells, jump ropes, medicine balls, TRX suspension trainers, and much more.
