Inspire Wellness Receives Midwest Dairy Grant

Thanks to the Undeniable Dairy Experience, Family Wellness has been able to provide four Healthy Cooking Lessons that impacted 60 kids in our community.

Within these lessons the kids not only had the opportunity to learn the value of healthy cooking and eating, but they were also taught the hands on skills to give them the confidence to make the recipe themselves and taste it themselves!
