Yummy Pumpkin Applesauce Muffins

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ C White whole wheat flour
- 1 T pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 C pumpkin puree
- ½ C unsweetened applesauce
- ½ C honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
For the streusel topping:
- 1/4 C oats
- ¼ C brown sugar
- 2 T butter, melted
- 1 T flour
Cooking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees Spray a 9×5 bread pan with cooking spray or prepare a muffin tin with paper liners. Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix the wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine the two bowls and mix well. Pour into pan. Make the streusel: Mix all ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes (bread) or 20 minutes (muffins).
